These reservation conditions regulate online purchases with Turística Konrad, SL, hereinafter, HOVIMA HOTELS, owner of the website www.hovima.com.

Likewise, users are informed that the company Santa María del Sur, SL is part of the HOVIMA HOTELS GROUP and is responsible for the corresponding files with the same names as the company Turística Konrad, SL. This Privacy Policy applies to the entire HOVIMA HOTELS group.

The online reservation with the company is regulated in these conditions, so it is assumed that the client knows and accepts them, as well as our Cookies Policy, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

Reservation process

You can manage your reservation online through our reservation engine. Use the form fo@hr this purpose to fill in the reservation information and fill out the form with your personal information. Once completed, select the payment method.

The data provided to make the reservation must be true, exact, updated and specific to the user who wishes to make the reservation from our website.

Prices, taxes and offers

The prices that appear on this Website are with taxes included. Our offers will be valid during the period set out in our brochures and website.

Reserve confirmation

Once the reservation is made, you will receive an email within 24 hours to the account provided in the form, where it will be confirmed.

*At Check-in it is an essential requirement to provide the documentation of all occupants.

DEPOSITS

Flexible Rate:

A fixed deposit* per room reserved will be charged to your credit card during your reservation.

*This deposit may vary depending on the hotel and date of stay.

The pending payment must be paid at Check-in.

According to Law 11/2021, dated July 9, 2021 (for all residents of Spain): The maximum amount allowed for cash payments is limited to €1,000.

Non Refundable Rate:

Payment of 100% of your stay will be made at the time of confirmation of the reservation by a charge to your credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY / NO SHOW AT THE HOTEL

Flexible Rate:

The deposits that are collected at the time of making the reservation, in case of cancellation or no show, will not be refunded.

In case of cancellation (at any time), the deposit already collected will not be refunded and will be billed as a cancellation fee.

HOVIMA Costa Adeje / HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel:
€80/unit and €150/unit for stays that occur during Christmas/New Year's Eve and Easter.

HOVIMA Jardín Caleta / HOVIMA Santa María / HOVIMA Panorama / HOVIMA Atlantis:
€30/unit and €90/unit for stays that occur during Christmas/New Year's Eve and Easter.

In case of no-show at the hotel (the reservation is only held for the first night), the deposit already collected will not be refunded and will be billed as a cancellation fee.

Non Refundable Rate:

This rate does not have the right to a refund in case of cancellation, modification or no-show at the hotel. This rate cannot be combined with any other type of offer or discount.
