HOVIMA CLUB
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, “GTC” ) contain the terms and conditions of access to the HOVIMA Club . These GTC apply to all companies that make up the HOVIMA Hotels trade name: Turística Konrad, SL and Santa María del Sur, SA (hereinafter, “HOVIMA Hotels”).
I.) CONDITIONS
Anyone over 18 years of age who makes reservations for stays through the websites of HOVIMA Hotels (hovima.com) and its hotels (hovimalapinta.com hovimacostaadeje.com hovimapanorama.com hovimajardincaleta.com hovimasantamaria.com hovimaatlantis.com) can join the HOVIMA Club and access its benefits.
When making a reservation, you must activate the member discount and accept these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Legal Notice (website).
The discounts and benefits included in the HOVIMA Club membership may be modified at any time and without prior notice.
Any reservation made through third parties or other distribution channels will not apply for benefits before, during and after the stay.
II) BENEFITS
Registration to the HOVIMA Club is automatic, free, and does not imply permanence.
This is done by activating the discount during the booking phase of the stay only through the websites of HOVIMA Hotels and its hotels (see above).
IV.) Deregistration procedure.
You can request to unsubscribe as a member of the HOVIMA Club by contacting us by email: info@hovima.com .
V.) Confidentiality:
HOVIMA Hotels is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided by implementing the necessary technical and organizational measures to minimize the risk of loss of personal data and/or confidential information as indicated in the Privacy Policy.
Access to the data of the Registered person is restricted to those persons authorized to use it, applying due diligence to avoid any loss, alteration or misuse of the same.
VI.) Responsibility:
In case of questions, complaints, errors or technical problems in the online registration process, disputes or legal actions related to the legal relationship between the registered person and HOVIMA HOTELS, you can submit a request exclusively to HOVIMA Hotels at the email address: info@hovima.com .
The registered person considers the content of this GTC to be binding. In addition, he/she acknowledges that in the event of non-compliance with any clause of the GTC he/she may be liable for damages.
VII.) Alternative resolution of consumer disputes:
The consumer (registered person) may contact HOVIMA Hotels to resolve any conflict via email: info@hovima.com .
Pursuant to Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013 and Art. 13 of Directive 2013/11/EU, we hereby inform that those merchants in the European Union who enter into online sales or service contracts, carried out through electronic commerce, must provide information on the existence of the Platform for the resolution of online disputes: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ .
VIII.) Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction:
The applicable legislation will be Spanish and the jurisdiction will be that of the Courts and Tribunals of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
IX.) Modification of the TCG and duration:
HOVIMA Hotels may modify these GTC at any time, which will be duly published on the Website. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will apply until they are modified by others that are duly published.

- 5% discount on the total reservation made only through the websites of HOVIMA Hotels and its hotels (see above).
- 10% discount on food and beverages consumed during the stay, charged to the room and paid upon check-out. HOVIMA Atlantis guests on Half Board benefit from a 10% discount on extra drinks during dinner at HOVIMA Panorama.
- Preferential access to reserve unique rooms in our hotels with the “Online Exclusive” label.
- Welcome gift for stays of at least 3 nights.
- One drink of water or wine per person with meals on a half-board or full-board basis. (HOVIMA Atlantis guests on half-board or full-board will enjoy the benefit in the HOVIMA Panorama restaurant). From 1 May 2025, HOVIMA La Pinta Beachfront Family Hotel will offer unlimited self-service drinks (water, soft drinks, beer and house white, red and rosé wine) and HOVIMA Jardín Caleta will offer unlimited self-service water. From 1 November 2025, HOVIMA Costa Adeje For Cool Adults and HOVIMA Santa María will offer unlimited self-service drinks (water, soft drinks, beer and house white, red and rosé wine).
